Having first discovered photography as a child at art camp, I grew up with a rich visual palette and vivid imagination. When digital photography came along, I was among the first to embrace it, igniting my passion for visual storytelling.
I am a graduate of the esteemed Photojournalism program at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ont. I also have a Journalism degree from Ryerson University in Toronto. I have shot numerous assignments for NOW Magazine, blogTO and Metroland Media Toronto. My photography has also been published in The Globe and Mail, The Guardian, Reader’s Digest, 24 Hours, Metro News, t.o.night, Spacing, Chart, Chatelaine and Sports Illustrated.
I have exhibited my photography in galleries, festivals and shows including:
2011-2013 Queen West Art Crawl Art Show & Sale
2012 LIVE @ NXNE at #Hashtag Gallery "20 of Canada's best in music photography"
2013 Sunnyside Beach Juried Art Show, winning the People's Choice Award
2012-2018 Analogue Gallery SOUND IMAGE exhibition and contest (Finalist in 2012-2018, Grand Prize Winner in 2015)
I have also taken part in group shows at Hotshot Gallery, Steamwhistle Gallery, Snowball Gallery, GalleryDK and Moniker Gallery. My photos were recently featured at the 2014 Field Trip Music & Arts Festival. My fine art prints from my Pacific Coast Beauty collection were exhibited at Not My Dog and at RSquared Cafe on Queen St. W. in Toronto.
