Todd and Platius
Portland, OR. July 26, 2013: Todd and his cat Platius have been hitchhiking for several years. Originally from Nebraska, he currently makes Portland his home. I met Todd near the Burnside Brige, where a lot of vagrants spend their time, by Waterfront Park.
