Toronto, Ont. Feb. 8, 2011: Joey, the star of War Horse, takes the stage at the Princess of Wales Theatre, during the announcement of the 2011-12 Mirvish Subscription Theatre Season.

This WWI-era drama, based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo, and in association with Handspring Puppet Company, will get its debut Feb. 2012 at the Princess of Wales Theatre. The Winner of Olivier, Evening Standard and Critics' Circle awards, it brings breathing, galloping, charging horses to life on the stage.
