Port Dover, ON Sept. 13, 2013: Every Friday the 13th during riding season, thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts make a pilgrimage to Port Dover. This was the first such gathering this year. There were bikers from near and far, riding Harleys, choppers, dirt bikes, sport bikes and scooters. I found it fascinating how diverse the crowd was. There were bikers from so many different places with varying ages and occupations. I met a rider with a tricked out trike with a sleeper trailer, a woman on a zebra-striped Kawasaki she named "The Kawazebra" and a 12-year-old on a little Mini Metal she calls "Fatty."
