Toronto, Ont. April 24. 2010: A Mercedes SL and a Lamborghini are pulled over Saturday by mounted police on Queen's College Circle at College Street. The drivers were given speeding tickets. Under the new street racing bylaw, speeders can also have their cars impounded.
